Breach of Contract! Bad Service!! Passing the Buck!

3 Months ago we purchased a 3G data card from the store in Norwood Mall, after trying to connect it, we could not get service/connectivity. We went back to the store to query this. After numerous enquiries, a service agent came out to site, and advised that there was an issue with connectivity in the area. He said he will look into it and get it resolved! To which we had no follow up!!
After numerous calls to your useless call centre, and visits back to the store, as well as your "service centre" in Rivonia, and being told various stories and promises to resolve the problem; to which we have had no feedback!
We have now requested to cancel this line and get refunded, to which we have further been made empty promises!!
This is a gross breach of contract, as you have not provided what we are paying for, as well as a massive inconvenience being out of internet connectivity.
I have been with MTN for over 10 years, and i'm now ready to cancel all my lines if this does not get resolved amicably!
