Cannot deliver Customer Service

I ordered a Battery for my Galaxy Note 1 on the 21st March 2013 at Vodashop Kenilworth.
It was ensured that I will receive the battery that the dealership would order.

A month and 3 days later of not only going to other Vodashop Dealers to source stock myself, Vodashop Kenilworth cannot provide me with the batter and I cannot use the phone I am paying themR530 for per month as the phone battery is discontinued and they cannot come up with a solution.

The phone is still under warranty and I would like them to replace the Unit if they cannot source a battery for my existing unit.
