3rd Complained issue not resolved

This will be the third time I'm complaining about the exact same thing and the issue is not being resolved.
I filled in a AOD form as instructed by an 8ta agent because i cannot afford the ammount of R1500 per month.
Tomorrow will be the 3rd debit order and 8ta promised me the issue will be resolved. I handed in the AOD form more than a month ago and no one called to confirm anything yet. This month there will not even be a R1500 in my account to deduct and than i have to pay lawyer fees eventually even though i went trough all the rite channels. Lucky i have the recording of the emty promises made to me.
I am putting this on Hello Peter because i want the issue resolve. PLEASE
