Missed Appointment - No Feedback

I am extremely unsatisfied with telkom. I applied for a line voice line to be installed at my home. Appointment was made 3 days prior to the appointment. SMS's and phone calls were received confirming the appointment. Day of appointment I received an SMS stating that the "Technician" has been dispatched.

I waited 2 hours for the tech and he never showed up, so the next morning (24/04/2013) i phoned telkom stating I am unpleased, was advised the technician will call me asap.

Nothing, I phone again 2 hours later. An escelation was logged I should received feedback before 14:00 from the technical department.

13:30 Nothing again, phone telkom... There is nothing they can do, the line will be arranged for the weekend!!!

I WILL NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEKEND, I WAS AVAILABLE THE TECHNICIAN MISSED HIS APPOINTMENT, I NEED SOMEONE TO PHONE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GET THE LINE INSTALLED.

I HAVE LIMITED ACCESS TO THE PREMISES AS I HAVE NOT YET MOVED INTO THE HOUSE.
