VERY bad service!!!

Telkom made a booking for a new line to be installed on 19July2013, where my fianc? had to take a UNPAID days leave to be there just for them to NOT install the line. At 15:20 they parked in front of my house for a few seconds and drove off. I immediately called Telkom to find out what the problem was, the lady tried to call the technician but his phone was off, said she will call back.a hour went by still no call so I called AGAIN and spoke to a lady who transferred me to the supervisor. He informed me that this is now logged as a missed appointment and will call back to reschedule. I received no call for two days. I called this morning and the lady informed me there was a appointment booked for 20July2013, firstly NO one informed me of this and he also did not pitch according to Telkom. I now have to wait until the 24th to be assisted... THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE... AS THE TECH WAS AT MY HOUSE AND DROVE OFF.!!! There has been no feedback since the 19th!!! I want this sorted ASAP...!!!
