Great service!

Our phone line has been crackling for over a year - and is so bad that we have to put it on speaker to hear the other person talking. Telkom had previously tried to fix it, but couldn't find the fault, so we just learnt to live with it.

Then we recently called regarding a different service, and the guy on the other end picked up how bad the line was, and immediately logged a problem for us. This was on Saturday. On Monday, Godfrey came to check it out and stayed for several hours but couldn't find the source.

He didn't just leave it though - he followed up on it, and the next day, Wayne turned up to investigate a different source of the problem, also staying for several hours.

These guys viewed it as a challenge, and eventually gave us a whole new line and now we have a crackle-free phone!
