To Whom It May Concern, Please be advised that my father, Petrus Johannes van der Westhuizen, ID number 511210... 081 was signed up for a cell phone contract by one of your telesales agents last year November. On the 5th day of November a driver by the name of Sebenzile Bewu came to deliver the cell phone device to him, however HE DID NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THE CELL PHONE, clearly indicated this on the DN and the driver left. He is subsequently now being charged monthly for the cell phone contract FOR A PHONE WHICH HE DOES NOT HAVE! One of your agents by the name of Monique just advised me that he has been signed up for a Smart Lite for I think a Samsung Galaxy S3, PLAYSTATION? and SIM? and that I should contact Digima directly? To be quite frank, I don't really care who the telesales companies are which you use to sell your product/services, you hold the acc so you have to sort it out! My father is 61 years old and would never have ordered a Sony Playstation in his life! Please investigate this matter urgently and provide your findings! My expectations are as follows: 1.Investigate POSSIBLE!!! 2.Cancel this contract and all debit orders. 3.Credit my dad's ABSA acc accordingly!
