I decided to take out a land line phone by Telkom so that I can have Internet at home this was the worst mistake of my life. They put in a land line but not with ADSL so the following week they came to put in the correct line. When I got my account, it reflects both numbers. I am suppose to pay the account today and since May I have been battling with Telkom to cancel the the first line they put in because i don't use it and to deduct it from my account as i should not be charged for their mistakes. I am suppose to pay today so I phoned Telkom to ask exactly what I owe. The incorrect account is still not cancelled and they cant tell me how much I owe. I refuse to pay this account until they cancel the correct line and give me the correct amount which I owe. I have been phoning Telkom from the 10 May every single week and it is still not sorted. I refuse to speak to any consultants and will only speak to someone who is in a management position so this can finally be sorted
