Charged Unfairly

For the last two months I have been charged extra on my Telephone Account. ( 021 5533893) I enquired and was told it was because I was dialing numbers belonging to Neotel. I had no idea that I was dialing Neotel Numbers and I think this is grossly unfair and another way of Telkom making money out of us.
I would like Telkom to refund me as we are Pensioners and cannot afford these extra high costs.
