Inconsistency Service, becoming a nightmare

To mention the latest 2 occurrences.
1. In December I called your call centre to enquiry about a dual SIM card, and I was advised to visit any of your stores and they will be able to assists me though i will have to pay a monthly fee, but when I arrived at the store, I was told a different story and they couldn't assist, what a waste of my time that I should have used for something else.

2. Yesterday (15th/01/2013), I received an SMS from nashuamobile informing that me that my account was in arrears for R815.00, I called back the credit department and spoke to a gentlemen named Sphiwe, I explained to him that I have paid my account and sent proof of payment to a lady named [Email Removed] for R750.00, and also explained to him that I paid the said amount because I didn't receive my december statements, so I had no idea how much was due. He asked me to pay an extra R65.00 with my next invoice and he assured my phone will not be soft locked nor suspended, not surprising though, this morning my phone and 3G account have been locked.

Could you please send me options available regarding canceling my contracts with Nashua Mobile due to appalling service.
