Our branch in CapeTown moved buildings literally 5 minutes away and so I requested that our 2 ADSL lines were moved from our old premises to our new premises. I was told it cannot just get moved i need to order new lines at the new premises. The previous company at our new premises left all the old Telkom lines where they were so I found 2 numbers in the server room and requested these lines to be converted into ADSL and moved onto our account. I was then told these 2 numbers cannot be converted fare enough and they told me there were to numbers at the premises which could be converted to ADSL lines which i said was fine please go ahead. I then received a sms on about the 1st of June saying that the lines were converted. I Checked the only 2 other lines in the building and neither of them worked. I then sent another email requesting that a technician come and find these lines wherever they may be and move them to where i needed them. Took a few emails phone calls etc to clarify a very simple request which wasted another week. Finally got an email saying the order has been dispatched to their technical devision and still up till now I have no ADSL lines at our branch.
