I had to visit the branch 3 times to get my itemised billing for November. Now according to Timothy at the branch I have to work out how much each phone call cost me, because Mtn gave me a statement with a unit count and not a rand value of how much each phone call cost me, and if I have any further problems regarding the account, I must go to the regional office. When my contract end Mtn will not see me again!
