Fed up with the pathetic service from Vodacom!

During 3 months after upgrade phone gave problems, took it 2 Vodacom, was referred 2 repair branch
After week was contacted 2 collect "brand new" phone, ACTUALLY a refurbished phone
Almost immediately "new" phone gave problems
Went BACK 2 branch
They changed a few settings, seemed 2 be working
After awhile problems started all over again
Went back AGAIN-on 7th day of receiving "new" phone
Wanted 2 give phone back, consultant agreed, approved me 4 new phone. Asked if he was going 2 cancel existing contract, he told me only Customer Care can help
Customer Care told me 2 contact Cancellations
Tried calling them 3 times, no luck
Tried calling next day (8th day), got answer after 15min
They said take phone back 2 repair shop, will get another phone, if that one doesn't work they'll cancel existing contract
Still had 2 do sim swop, went back 2 branch, was told 2 switch phone off for 3 hrs, did not work
Went 2 another branch, they told me sim not activated, need 2 pay R63 AGAIN
Phone gave problems, went back, was told 2 go 2 branch where upgrade was done 2 get new phone or refund
One Vodacom staff member actually told me to go to HelloPeter, will get a better response then.
