Approved insurance claim with repairs never done

My name is Prudence Makhiwane, and I had taken a contract with MTN SP that gave me an HP ProBook 4530s in August 2011. In January/ February 2012 I submitted an insurance claim for the repairs of the laptop screen that had cracked. In following up in February 2012 via MTN insurance call centre it was said that the claim has been approved, which was after a week since claim submission date. Stephan who was responsible for the claim advised me to find a repairer and suggested a "Let me repair " company that delayed till I contacted HP customer care which sent a quotation to MTN insurance right away in March 2012. The problem started when they had to approve the HP repair quotation. That took months to be approved, I phoned their call centre since then from everyday to every week until June 2012, with no success, I contacted them for the last time in September /October 2012 I was told the claim is still waiting for underwriters to approve, they will contact me and they havn't till now. The excuse that was given to me for the service to delay was that " the insurance of computer repairing is still new to them". Please help me recover my insurance claim
