Misleading Phone Call and Subsequent Contract

I received a phone call about two months ago from one of your representatives offering me a continuation on my Top-Up 135 contract as it was due to expire. The contract entailed only the contract with no phone which i accepted.

However, during the call I specifically asked the person whether the Blackberry BIS would be included as I did not want any problems when the new contract came into affect. The persone ensured me that it would stay activated and that it would come at an additional cost to the contract cost which I also accepted.

But low and behold since this morning the BIS is not activated.

I have had a lot of trouble the past year sorting out things with Vodacom and have to tell you that I am quite tired of it all. If one of your employees promises to deliver on something and they don't then it means that i have to yet again either phone in and explain the situation at least 10 times before being assisted or visit a branch with the same effect.

Due to this and all of the other problems that I have had in the past I will be terminating my association with your company at the end of the contract term. Myself and the rest of my family will also be moving over to
