I am an autopage customer for the last 9 years and since I took out a new contract in June 2012 I am experiencing a lot of problems. 1st of all the sales lady did not inform me that there are a limit on the contract for the 1at 6 months whereby my account were suspended without notifications, i had to phone everytime and hold more that 20 min each time before someone could assist me. I requested for an itemised statement on a monthly basis to be sent to my postal adress, I once received a statement with only the BALANCE due delivered at my home adress. I then contacted autopage again, i then received the statements via email which i could not open. In November I had to drove all the way from Kriel to the branch in Witbank to sort this problem. I spended an hour in the shop whereby a lady called Veronica assisted me and assured me that i will receive my itemised statements monthly delivered to my postal adress. Since November i still did not receive any statements and had to contact autopage for the balance as i am not aware of the amount that will go off by debit order, There are no support whatsoever from either the branch in Witbank nor the customer service call centre.
