I called the Altech Autopage customer service about 2 months ago to enquire why I was being charged for itemised billing when I don't receive an itemised billing statement. They said they needed to investigate with their IT department. I informed them that I had the contract for THREE years and was charged for something I never received. I week or so later I received an sms that a credit was authorised and a consultant would contact me. No one called. I called and they said it was gone for authorisation and a consultant would call. no one ever called... I kept calling and hearing the same thing. last month I received a statement incl. the itemised billing but still have not been refunded for the money that should not have been deducted from my account for the last 3 years... my last call was on 31st December and the consultant even knew that he had spoken to me previously... assured me someone would call. Yet again NO ONE has called me. I have called several times and this has only cost me more... This is pathetic customer service!!!
