Just spoke to a woman Jacqui regarding my account with charges for returned debit orders.
Now, problem is I am without a job and have been paying my account irrespective of that. NOT always on time, but I PAY! I have asked that they reverse the debit order charges because I have informed the mentally challenged people in the call centre or accounts department, whoever they are, that I can NOT pay by debit order.
Jacqui, who seems to only have Standard 4 maybe, gave me LIP because I have the 'audacity' to request a debit order cancellation. I TOLD her that my account is paid (except for the DEBIT order charges from iBurst) and that I WILL pay my account as I have done since I have been without a JOB! She still REFUSES, its not HER problem apparently! I also told her that she can either CANCEL the debit order AND write off the charges OR I will stop paying them and they can do what they WANT! She told me the latter will be the option for her!
!!! Is this service and help???
SORT OUT my account NOW! And get someone with AT LEAST High School Education to help me in this regard, and rid yourself of THESE please! I have HAD it with iBurst!
