Cell C
Unable to Upgrade since September 2012

Hi All,

This is the 4th complaint that I am posting for the same reason... and I will continue to post in here and other public forums until the issue has been resolved and some1 at cell c takes ownership. In a nutshell it has now been 5 months and Cell C have been unable to secure me an apple iphone 5... they have been rude, unhelpful and displayed poor pathethic and ungratefull customer service and they have shown utter disregard for my complaint..Numerous complaints on helopeter have resulted in, and more, they only post their responses to to other people that they have responded however nobody contacts you at all...

At this point I have realised that all my efforts are futile my contract will never be upgraded and I therefore wish to cancel my contract.
I urge potential customers not to sign up with cell c... as their do not care about their customers and no one is willing to help..
