Handed over but no feedback on query

I received an account from I burst for R1200 for an account that was usually at R220 per month. I always carried data over, so could not understand where this amount had come from. After I had advised them on many occasions (and FNB did the same), that I had chanded banks, they still kept putting debit orders through on the incorrect account. I cancelled the contract with them, and they did nothing about it. When I asked for some sort of idea as to where I caould possibly have used so much data, I got a printout with a whole lot of numbers on that meant absolutely nothing to me. When I asked for clarification, I got told that data had been used on a Sunday night at Midnight. Which is ridiculously impossible as I work Monday to Friday and have a very young child in the house, so bed time is nine in the evening. We get NO feedbak on the query. Iburst credited us a rfew rand for THEIR bank charges, but no credit for the charges I incurred with returned debit order fees. They also take forever to respond and you can NEVER get hold of anyone htere. THey also promised me a credit for three days that they were offline, but this also has not happened, I will not pay until sorted.
