I am really very upset with the type of service that i have received from Vodacom. Vodacom has been my preferred service provider for the past 7 years. I want to speak to a person in management on the type of service i received as well as what do you do to ensure me (I) the customer is happy. I requested an early upgrade my contract due to my mobile device becoming problematic (4months earlier) with the intention of paying in any difference if it is a MUST. i was then told that i can not do that which to me is NOT acceptable given the fact i spend an average of R1200 ever month. I then said to the consultant if she can not help me, i will have to cancel my current contract and join another service provider of which she immediately sent me the cancellation quote. She did nothing to ensure that she keeps a customer happy by making any alternate suggestions. I then asked to speak to her manager and was put on hold for /- 10mins with no response from either, just a deadline with minutes passing. I am know in the process of wanting to cancel that contracts and moving to their competitor. I trust that vodacom management wouldn't mind loosing a client of so many years given the attitude.
