My blackberry has just packed up completely - I went to Vodacom Clearwater to enquire about upgading earlier (I am only due in August) and was told I do not spend enough with Vodacom to qualify for and earlier upgrade. After all these years of being loyal and paying my account on time etc etc - that is the reaction and feedback??
I am so disgusted - my expense fits my budget and why should I spend more just to keep Vodacom happy? I am without a phone and now looking for a new service provider. Does loyalty not count anymore? Does client retention mean anything to these big corporates?
