Refuse to let me speak to Manage

We have been loyal Vodacom customers for more than about 15 years.
I spend on average about R2500 a month on Vodacom. I have 4 contracts with them, so excuse me for being extremely dissapointed when a puk is blocked and I am told that it will cost me MORE money to do a sim swop to fix the problem. In todays day n age you want to tell me that Vodacom cant unlock a phone??
Worse is when i asked to speak to a manager and the call centre agent REFUSED to transfer me or give me a name?
If it was me saying that where I work, I would propably face disciplinaries. Customers is whats paying my salary!
Our Managers are committed to customer service the same way we are.
I am shocked!!
2 Major contracts expire this year and i will be switching to a new service provider!
