Zero Customer Service for Loyal Paying Customers

I have been a paying customer since 1995 and currently spend more than the required R2200 per month to qualify as a Platinum/ Onyx customer. This spend is on 1 Account (1 Statement/ several invoices) that has several SIM cards linked to it - multiple devices, voice, data etc. After spending more than 45 minutes and being bounced around between 082 1903, 082 111, 082 1946 and 011 653 5000 I finally got to speak to Shelly Rapodile who calmly told me that I do not qualify as Platinum customer and that it would be no use speaking to any of her superiors as I would be told the same thing. All I have been trying to do for the past 6 months is establish a way to get some sort of basic customer service and advice around in particular my data usage (5-6GB pm) as I keep getting told that there is no way I can get the same special data rate as a walk in pre-paid customer. Absurd!!!??? I was hoping that via Platinum/ Onyx I would get the improved service
I had been looking for. I am still hoping...???
