Worst Service Ever!

I am a so called "Platinum" customer. I was told that there is a special "Platinum" branch and there will never be queues. After three branch visits I still have to queue for 30 mins and the people in the queue is not "Platinum" account holders. I have phoned numerous times to speak to Platinum bankers but they are always "out" or on training. I phoned to speak to the branch manager but he was also out. The Platinum call centre asks you for your choice of language but this never works - you are always greeted in BAD ENGLISH. If the nature of your work is talking it is better if you can actually speak the language! I emailed a "Platinum" banker and did not receive a reply for over a week. I applied for a bond - nobody even returned my email / calls. I opened a BASIC account at another bank and the service I get the is 1000 times better. I am not a million rand account holder but I do want better service than this. I will be leaving ABSA very soon.
