Vodacom
Removed from Platinum with no explanation

A few years ago, Vodacom made me a Platinum member due to my spend levels. Two months ago they send me an SMS saying I need to maintain spend in excess of R2500 per month on average otherwise I would lose the Platinum status. The next month they removed me from the programs DESPITE my spend exceeding R3500 per month. All attempts at getting a n explanation have been futile.
