Suspended lines inspite of accounts being paid

On 15/2/2013 we paid our vodacom account. On 27/2/2013 our lines were suspended without prior notice. My husband paid the same amount AGAIN on 27/2/2013 as he didn`t have the proof of payment with him at that stage. Still Vodacom kept on suspending our lines inspite of faxing proof of both payments through to them several times. Calling the customer center and accounts department several times also didn`t help as they kept on saying that they haven`t received the payment of 15/2/2013 or the proof of payment-faxed to them. Our lines are suspended to such an extend that we can`t even receive incoming calls. This is not the first negative encounter with Vodacom and their poor service delivery and I wish to terminate all contracts with them a.s.a.p. It is like talking to a brick wall when talking to Vodacom Accounts department.
