Unauthorized money deducted

I received my MTN account that reflected an amount of _ R200 taken off my account for a subscription that I know nothing about and for which there is no proof of the subscription. I have never subscribed to any thing on my cell ever over many years and my account will reflect just that. MTN referred me to Opera Interactive (I never heard of them until now) and they would not take responsibility and referred me to Wurup. I demand a refund from Opera Interactive and they can get the money back from Wurup. I consider this as blatant.

Opera requested my cell no in order to send me proof. They never came back to me as they will not find proof of what does not exist.
