I have had a contract with them for over 12 years. I have never failed to pay my account. In December last year I upgraded my cell phone to a Blackberry 9360. When it was brought to me in the store, the salesman battled to get it to work. He then managed to get it to work. No apology. The next morning the phone did not work. When I phoned the store, they told me it would be sent for repair. What! no knowledge of the CPA. I complained to the manager of the shop and told him he was getting my lawyers letter, and I will take it further. Later that day the owner of the store telephoned me and told me to bring in the phone and the complete box. This I did and they gave me a new phone in a sealed box. This one worked first time. Since then I have had my phone "replaced" three more times. Each time the phone is not a new one, but a refurbished phone. I never received a new phone. I received my latest phone on Friday. The repair centre did not call me, I went in myself after waiting two weeks. I asked the person helping me if I could get another telephone in place of the BB 9360.
I was emphatically told that this could not be done. So I had to take the rubbish replacement refurbished phone
