Bad service in terms of phone repai

I took my broken Blackberry to a Nashua Mobile centre about 6 - 8 weeks ago for repair. It had on it a biopro anti-radiation device which was noted on all documentation. When i received my 'repaired' phone 4 weeks later it did not have this device on it nor was it actually my phone but a refurbished phone. I said that a refurbished phone was not good enough as I had only had this phone for 11 months or so and still had 13 months to go on my contract. i was told when I dropped my phone off originally that if they could not repair it I would get a new phone. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I phoned the call centre and was told firstly that they were not responsible for my lost biopro which cost R250 even though they had noted it on the system. The manager at the store who took my phone in originally should have told me this. Secondly that it was normal practice to receive a refurbished phone even though I had been told I would get a new one. Still though no one can tell me where my phone (old, new or refurbished is) and months later I am still phoneless. The service has been appalling. I would like a full refund on the phone and biopro in terms of my CPA rights.
