Vodacom
NOT TRANSPARENT!

I bought a blackberry torch in Feb 2011 and last year sent it in for repairs and Vodacom replaced it with a REFURBISHED phone failing to tell me that this replacement phone does not come with a warranty and the FAULTY phone they chose to replace warranty remains in place so under a year later the keypad on the REFURBISHED phone gives in and the screen goes blank when the phone is slid open only to take it into Vodacom Eastgate and be told it is not under warranty and i'll be quoted for the repair and will have to pay. Needless to say i was and am furious that nobody bothered to tell us the REFURBISHED replacement doesn't come with its own warranty and now i have to pay for their faulty device given to me! Had they told us the REFURBISHED phone does not come with a warranty i would have taken it further and requested a new phone or something with a warrant. The lady actually said to me someone should have told me and i can complain but that's the way Blackberry is. Disappointed by the lack of service and terrible replacement terms from Vodacom and Blackberry.
