Unhappy BB customer!!

Hi,
I upgraded my cell phone last year April from a BB 9300 to a BB 9360, within the first week the phone started giving me problems. And in the one year that I have the phone I have sent it for repairs four times already. The second time around I received a refurbished phone, so in fact my original handset has been repaired once, replaced the second time and now the refurbished handset is on its second repair.
I pay extra on my contract for the BB9360 and each time it goes for repairs I am left using my old BB 9300 handset for no less than two weeks at a time. This handset does not work 100% either and has become very frustrating.
What does it take to get a phone that is under a two year warranty REPLACED!!!
And what will it take to get the extra that I have been paying to use the BB 9360 refunded??
