Dishonesty is costing the consumer!

I was contacted by a lady with the name of Magdalene from Vodacom to promote a new contract package that would cost less. During our conversations I kept referring to the fact that I want top up contracts as 3 of the contracts are for my sons. On my question if we will be able to add airtime during the month as usual, she confirm that it will be as it was and that only our call rates will cost less. I now determined that all 5 contracts were migrated to open contracts - WHICH I DID NOT WANT!!! I contacted 114 on 14 April 2013 to lodge a complaint and was promised an answer within 48 hours. It is 7 days later and even after a visit to the local Vodacom store still do not have an idea what is going to happen with the costs accrued on contracts that I did not want. I pertinently said I do not want open contracts and the call centre agent migrated me to exactly what I did not want. I am disgusted and frustrated with the poor client service and lack of integrity on Vodacom's side!
