Faulty Refurbished Handset with dysfunctional BIS

Upgraded to a blackberry 9360 Talk 100 BIS package in June 2013 with Vodacom Online store. 08-07-2013 lodged a complaint with Vodacom Customercare because the new phone was not functioning properly. Sent phone for repairs 15-08-2013 & was given a refurbished phone 09-09-2013 although I am paying for a new phone and expected a new replacement phone. Experienced problems with the refurbished handset. Complaint sent 07-11-2013 & no feedback. I called Vodacom 20-11-2013. Complaint 28-11-2013 requesting the matter be escalated. Received a call on 9-12- 2013 Thato Vodacom Head office & was told to send phone for repairs again. Enquired if phone be replaced with a new handset but received no firm answer. Enquired about cancelling the contract & was referred to another dept. Phone sent for repairs 20-12-2013 & I requested a new handset replacement. Was given another refurbished phone 14-01-2014. Phone is still dysfunctional. Am paying a monthly premium to Vodacom for a faulty, dysfunctional refurbished Blackberry phone & service (BIS) that I cannot access properly. The browser constantly closes without a warning, problems loading the page & there are error messages. Frustrated with Vodacom
