Mtn Crown Mines Walk In Centre bad service

I booked my blackberry 9360 in on 11 December 2013 as my lcd was broken. Mtn Crown Mines Walk In Centre then gave me a refurbished phone, I went home to find out that it does not work. I took it back, so they gave me another refurbished phone, and that one also didn't work. I took it back. Then they didn't have stock of more "refurbished" phones so I had to wait for 3 days. I finally got another refurbished phone that still does not work (it charges for a while, then stops charging) so I took it back to the repair centre and they tell me that they did tests and that my phone is fine!! When I went to pick up my phone on Friday (3 January) They said I have to bring my charger in so something can be done not taking into consideration how far I live!! So I went on Wednesday (8 January) with my charger and they do tests and then they tell me its the battery, which was a brand new battery that THEY gave me with this refurbished broken phone!!! And now this phone still does not work!!! I am still waiting for the supervisor to phone me as "they can not give me his details". This is unacceptable and something should be done immediately as this has been going on for a whole month now!!!
