I have contacted Vodacom so many times regarding their My Vodacom functionality.

I have 5 contracts with Vodacom and the majority of them are for data. I am unable to view the balance left on my data contracts and no information is displayed.

Now it has happened on numerous occasions that you run over your allowed limit costing you hundreds of rands of out of bundle costs. Is this maybe a trick from Vodacom to get more sales??

I have complained since June and nothing has changed. They keep on telling me that I then need to dial to check the balance or to use the sms functionality, the more I tell them that some handsets are unable to do that.

My call is then closed and I sit with the bill every month!!

I have also requested them to assist with the signal problems where I stay and nobody has even made contact with me. Like I said, I have 4 data contracts but what is the use if I cannot use them due to Vodacom's poor signal service!! There was always full 3G coverage but recently you cant even connect to the network.

All I can say is, DO NOT MAKE USE OF VODACOM as your service provider.
