Migration to another contract under false pretense

I was contacted by a Vodacom sales person in April regarding my TopUp590 & TopUp500s contracts, they offered me the Smart XL & Smart L. It all sounded amazing, more talk time, more sms's, more data and all for the same cost of the TopUp contracts I was on. I explained the reason I have the TopUp contracts is to ensure that I can't over spend on the phone. TopUp allows me to add more airtime if I need to. He ASSURED me that migrating to the new contracts wouldn't cost me ANY MORE than I was currently paying. I clearly stated I'm happy to go ahead as long as it wasn't going to cost me more per month. My bills are set up as a direct debt so the payment happen along with all my other payments at the end of each month, I was horrified in September when I discovered that these new contracts were costing my far more than I'd been promised, R8, 115 more! What I wasn't told is that I would be migrating to an open line! I have lodged my complaint 4 times now, I was told on the last call a manager would phone me back - I'm still waiting to be contacted! The call center changed both lines back to TopUp, but this also didn't happen, now I have another month of an open line I cant afford!
