Contracts Issued without my permission/agreement

In May of 2012 I was contacted by Vodacom regarding a contract on cell number 0724081283 which was accepted. Shortly thereafter i received another call in Sept 2012 that Vodacom was upgrading my phone. I was never told that it would entail another contract and extra cost. In Dec of 2012 I was again phoned to be informed that another upgraded phone was being sent to me. I told the lady that I did not need another phone if there were to be additonal costs involved. Nevertheless another phone arrived and more costs for this phone.

I do not want 3 contracts and 3 phones, all of which have different cell numbers. I have requested vodacom to cancel these contracts (except for 0724081283) and after paying fees to cancel I am still receiving statements and charges for these phones. They have not responded to any written communication that I have sent them to try to assist in resolving this matter.

Please can you assist by ensuring that these contracts are cancelled all costs relating to them are written off as I did not agree to this my any means.
