In the month of January I "cancelled" five of my contracts with Vodacom at the gateway customer service branch. Three months later I was debited by Vodacom to find out that none of my contracts have been cancelled and the cash that I paid at the store had been used as the monthly payments for these contracts. After numerous calls to Vodacom customer care I have gotten no return calls or help from Vodacom the shocking thing is, it is now almost the end of august and I now owe them money. I am totally disgusted with the way Vodacom has handled this situation and I hope by posting this complaint I finally get some help.
