VODACOM COMPLETE NIGHTMARE-CANCELLING CONTRACT

I have 3 contracts with vodacom which were all supposed to finish the 24 month contract periods in May 2013. These contracts were only finally cancelled at the end of August this year. I have been charged for all three contracts and told to pay up to their cancellation date. The accumulated minutes were not used and the top up accounts airtime was barely used.
I requested all these contracts to be changed to prepaid upon cancellation.
Vodacom has Made this process a nightmare, and taken no accountability for this issue. I do not intend to be bullied by a cellphone network as a paying customer.

Their given reason for refusing to cancell my contracts was due to the fact that during my initial cancellation process I used two email addresses in my correspondance with them. Even though all necessary details were given in all emails with regards to contract and client details.

Furthermore they are threatening legal action because I refuse to pay a hefty bill for contracts that should not be active.
