Hi MTN, it's me again, you know, your favourite type of customer, the kind that you systematically take money from month after month and don't bother to deliver the service you contracted to?
Well this is my third attempt at trying to get some sort of reaction from you, assuming of course you have any interest in giving service to your "MTN customers". (I use brackets because a more appropriate appellation would be "MTN victims")
So far I received one phone call from a technician who told me to change a setting, I did this but it made absolutely no difference and I am still sitting with an appallingly bad and unreliable internet connection. Then of course there were the 2 irrelevant pre-programmed automated email responses which used phrases like "escalate the problem" etc., the normal meaningless drivel that you spout to try and convince people that you actually give a about service..
So what do I do now? How do I get service? What does it take to get you people to meet your obligations?
I am not going to go away, I will keep at you until you get off your backsides and do the job you're getting paid for.
As always, indifference and disgustingly bad service from MTN...
