WAITING A MONTH TO GET INTERNET ACCESS

I recently upgraded my contract from Topup 135 to Data Line with a Galaxy Tab. For the past month, I have been phoning in endlessly to find out why I have no connection. I try to phone to another number and I get the answer the line is suspended. I try to connect to the internet, no connection. I have spoken to about 20 people already, who all come back with different answers. I get cut off the phone, and then I still have to remain calm? Is there anyone efficient at Vodacom that can sort out this problem? I have taken the sim card out of the Tablet, and put it in my 3g Modem, and tried to connect to the internet via my Desktop. It has NO CONNECTION. Either Vodacom fixes this problem, or they shove their services where the sun does not shine. I cannot believe what rotten service we get, and yet we pay for it?
