Interest for deposit and Tlkom-reaction

2 month ago I complained using the official Internet page at Telkom, because we upgraded our ADSL-service, paid for it, but didn't't get the service. The reaction was Zero.
Next I repeated my complain and asked why I didn't get any interest rate for my deposit, which I paid 8 years ago. Reaction - ZERO.
Then I got a new invoice and Telkom charge me for 11 days overdue - the first time in my Telkom-customer-life, because I didn't't get the original invoice and they charged a interest-rate of 52% p.a. - I have compained - The reaction - Zero.
What can I do, without asking a lawyer for support. Is there a responsibility in terms of the "Customer Protection Act"?
