Unhappy with Internet banking

Hi,

I have sent an e-mail to fnb - [Email Removed] with regards to an Internet banking query on
the 18th of July 2013. I have had several email responses & 1 call since then most of the emails automated but non of which were helpful. most of the responses said that my email has been forwarded to the technical department but have since not received any assistance from technical.

The issue is that I have registered for Internet banking in the beginning of July but have not been able to log on since then. I went to My branch in the first two weeks of registering to try and understand what the problem was but they told me that a new system was being installed and that most people are experiencing the same problem but will be fixed soon. Two months down the line l still can't access my Internet banking!!!

I am not happy with the lack of efficiency from fnb technical-Internet banking.
