Interest are paid when they want to

I lost my job due to depression and invest my money at this people, not knowing what I `ll be going through. First the interest was reduced, then we did not received May 2012 interest. My arrangement were for the 1st of the month. Now we get interest any day when it suits them from the 7th until the next month. I am depending on the money because I have to pay my electricity etc from it. If you ask your money back they said you cannot get it back. If you as where is your interest, you are told they are not sure when it will be paid. I am sick and tired of them. I want my money back. My interest should have been paid by the beginning of the month. Last week a sms was send it will be paid within the next few days. Wednesday they confirmed to my broker it will be paid then or thursday. Still no payment. When I phoned Bloemfontein`s office, they refer me to Pretoria head office, when I phone them, they do`nt know, they pay when they get the money. I was told I will receive .25 % more every year, nothing happened. I am furious and want to know what the are going on with these people and I want my money back.
