Two months still no tv

Hi MTN, your favourite type of customer, the kind that you systematically take money from month after month and don't bother to deliver the service you contracted to? After much running around calls i still have no satisfaction time wasted! On 8 February took out a contract offered by MTN which included a 32inch Samsung TV Samsung galaxy pocket phone for R199x24 months. i received the phone that day however was advised that it would take between 5-10 working days to get the TV and i would be contacted by britepoint who was a courier, i waited and after 10 working days nothing, i called MTN Ablerton city to inform them I did not get my TV .So the britepoint they send me an sms confirming that they have receive my order so they ask me to send the 3rd part form because I was using my brother TV license which I did do that to fill the 3rd part and took that form back to mtn Alberton city so I'm still waiting for the TV is being two month now no TV.
