Migration from topup 135 to smartlight

Vodacom just changed my plan from Top up 135 to Smartlight without my consent. I just realised that the bill for my number is now at R540.00 and I did not know that I my bill continues to bill when i phone during the day. When i called the call centre I was told that to go back to Top up 135 I must pay about R1200.00 and I did not say I want to be on Smartlight. I want Vodacom to move me back to my initial contract of Topup 135 and I will not pay for something I did not order.
