I have two vodacom contracts top up 75s and smartlight. Most of the time I use my top up 75s microsim, as i misplaced my micro sim for smartlight. I went to the nearest vodacom branch for sim swop and paid R105.My sim card for smartlight it does not show incoming call numbers. Called vodacom helpline for help the assistant told me that I have to pay monthly subscription, for them to assist me and he said all contracts they do that you have to pay, my top up 75s contract I don't pay. Why do I have to pay now they could have explained to me before taking the contract then I wouldn't have taken it.
