Pathetic service at contracts department

On 12 June 2013 I called in to vodacom to request that they change my current smartlight plan to top up because its too expensive. I spoke to an
indian lady and we were on the call for more than 20 minutes. She confirmed that the migration will take place on the first of July. I have to
finish my minutes and remaining data because it will not carry over. On the 2nd July I checked my balances and I saw that the details still say Im
on the previous plan. I spoke to a male consultant Bontle who told me that it was not completed because I did not respond to some quotation. An
sms was sent to my phone during the call and this lady made me read it to her. I dont understand what r they talking about. Bontle who
promised to call me back after 40 minutes in my office with feedback and he did not call me. The indian consultant was rude. This Bontle had
a rotten attitude. I am not happy with vodacom at all. I need this sorted immediately. Train your consultants to do their jobs properly. The call is
recorded.
