MY MTN MAIL AND MTNLOADED STILL NOT WORKING

The MTN mail issues STILL persists, after many weeks if not months :-(
It is very disturbing that the management at MTN is letting this go on in the public arena.

The image of MTN is being seriously tarnished here.
Being in the IT environment, I can understand an issue for a day or a few days, when system changes are being made.

This project however, is a disaster and the accountable party should understand the impact this is having not only to MTNs image but also to MTN customer who relay on this mail communication.

I still cannot login properly. When I do then I cannot send email. The interface GUI keeps changing... and the list goes on.

The second matter is that I am out of the country for a year and my contract is due for an upgrade.
I this age of technology, would like to know how I can upgrade my phone and contract over email and get my phone sent to me via courier to the country where I work. I work for a financial services institue and have a business contract with MTNSP and for some reason I cannot find an email communication channel for these matters.
